Most of our products will be delivered out of stock within 1 or 2 days. For most bronze pieces there is a lead time. You can find the lead time on the product page.

BENELUX: Free shipping

Shipping (1-2 working days) within the Netherlands is handled by PostNL, insurance is included.

EUROPE: Free shipping

We ship to all European countries through DHL International, the delivery time is about 2 business days, insurance is included.

OUTSIDE EUROPE: €19

We ship worldwide through DHL International, the delivery time can vary from 2 to 4 business days. Any customs charges that are invoiced will not be reimbursed by Studio Job. Insurance is included.

Tracking Information

After ordering you will be informed about the delivery of your package. You will receive your tracking code by email.

RETURN POLICY JOBSHOP

If you change your mind about a product bought at the Studio Job webshop (Jobshop), you can return it within 14 calendar days after delivery for a full refund. We do not refund shipping costs. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom or personalized pieces. Please note that while the products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition. Please reach out to us at jobshop@studio-job.com if you have any questions or request regarding your order.

The benefit of that is that they have direct contact with the shipping company, there is no extra handling fee. from us and they will have the best price for store to door shipping. Of course, we can suggest some shippers with whom we have a good experience. We are experienced in worldwide shipping and therefore we use different European companies to get the best price rates. We will personally arrange packing for all items with much care and safety. Insurance is always possible and will cost 1,5% of the items value.
